Refund Policy

Physical Products

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

  • To start a return, email support@myessent.com with your order number.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Subscription and membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

  • If applicable, free trials must be canceled before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Failed Deliveries
